How can we help?
Getting started
Choose Live Camera to play in your surroundings, or choose Rooms to play without camera access. Select a level and a 30-second or 60-second game. Move your iPhone to aim and tap anywhere on the gameplay screen to shoot.
Camera troubleshooting
If Live Camera remains black, open iPhone Settings, find Bugshot and enable Camera access. Rooms mode remains available without camera access.
Game Center
Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in iPhone Settings. Rankings may take a short time to update after a game.
Sound
Check the iPhone volume and Silent Mode settings. Headphones provide the clearest directional insect audio.
